This facial massage brush pairs a carved natural jade head with a soft bristle fringe, made for dry brushing and lymphatic drainage massage. Butterfly double-wing profile with a curved bristle base
The head is natural green Xiuyan jade, undyed, with the veining varying piece to piece - that is the character of the stone rather than a defect.
The head is carved and hand-polished, the bristles are set into a curved base that follows the cheek and jaw, and the whole tool is compact enough for a travel kit or a spa treatment tray.
How to Use
Dry brushing works best before cleansing: start at the collarbone and brush upwards towards the jaw with short, light strokes, then work along the jawline to the ear and sweep the cheek outwards. With a few drops of oil the same brush becomes a lymphatic massage tool. Keep the pressure light - the bristles do the work.
Care
Rinse the bristles in warm water, air-dry with the bristles facing down, and wipe the jade head with a soft cloth. Do not soak the wooden or stone head for long periods, and never share the brush between clients without sanitising the bristles first.
