Custom manufacturing
Everything that defines your product can be specified. Because development and production sit in the same building, a change that would take weeks through a trading company takes days here.

Send a sketch, a CAD file or a reference sample. We engineer dimensions, weight, edge radius and internal structure, then produce a pre-production sample for your approval before tooling is committed.
Laser engraving from 100 pieces, permanent and durable, or silk screen printing for a flatter mark on stone and ceramic. Placement, scale and contrast are confirmed on a physical sample first.
Printed gift boxes, window boxes, pouches, sleeves, trays and inserts, plus complete gift sets assembled under one SKU. Packaging is planned alongside the product, not after it.

Materials
Every material we ship is natural or certified food grade, tested for safety, and chosen for how it performs on skin.
Rose quartz, white jade, bian stone, obsidian and aventurine, cut and finished without dyeing or chemical treatment. Raw material is sourced with traceable origin.
304 food grade as standard, with 316 and 420 where corrosion resistance or clinical hardness matters. Non-porous, rust resistant and easy to sanitise.
CE, RoHS, REACH and California Proposition 65 test reports, plus heavy-metal detection on request. Materials are recyclable, and polishing runs on a closed water loop.

Our capability
Most enquiries reach us as an idea: a shape on a sketch, a reference sample, or a competitor product a buyer wants to improve. We take it from there.
We develop the tool, engineer the structure, make the sample, run production, inspect every batch and pack for export. Because development and production share one floor, changes move in days instead of weeks. Our samples are drawn from bulk production rather than prepared separately, so what you approve is what you receive. Orders are packed for export and shipped to your door, with documentation prepared before the goods leave.
How we work
Three full inspections on every shipment: bulk completeness, grading against our published standard, and a final check of assembled and packed goods. We issue a signed limit sample so your inspection and ours use the same reference.
Custom shapes, materials, logos and packaging are handled by the same team that runs the line. There is no gap between the design you approve and the tool that ships.
We work with start-ups placing a first 100-piece order and with established labels running repeat bulk programmes. Trial orders and large runs go through the same lines and the same standards.
