Rose Quartz Gua Sha Manufacturer: Grades, Colour, Wholesale
Rose quartz gua sha manufacturer: how tone varies, how we grade and keep colour consistent across a range, shapes, customisation, care and batch photography.
Rose quartz is the most photographed material in the gua sha category and one of the least understood. Its appeal is colour and softness; its difficulty is that natural tone varies between lots.
This page covers how we select and grade rose quartz, how the tone is controlled across a programme, and what buyers should specify to keep a range consistent.

1. Why Rose Quartz Varies
Rose quartz is a natural material. Colour ranges from pale pink through warm rose to a slightly milky tone, and it can include internal veining and inclusions.
That variation is not a defect. It is the material, and it is exactly what customers are buying when they choose stone over steel. The commercial task is not to eliminate variation but to control it within a defined range.
Define the acceptable range in writing before production. A buyer and a supplier who both know the boundary will not disagree at shipment.
2. Grading and Tone Control
We grade rose quartz by tone depth, internal clarity and surface condition. The accepted band is agreed with the buyer at sampling, and production is matched to the approved sample.
For a range that includes several rose quartz pieces, all pieces are drawn from the same grading band so the set looks deliberate rather than assembled.

3. Shapes and Finishing
Rose quartz works well for boards, rollers, paddles and mushroom profiles. It is a softer stone than jade, so very thin sections and fine points are more fragile and we will flag them.
Edges are hand-finished to a rounded polish. Finishing quality is judged by the glide of the tool on skin and by the absence of fine marks on the working face.
4. Customisation and Sets
Rose quartz takes engraving and printing, and it is the most common stone in multi-piece gift sets, usually paired with a roller.
Because the tone carries so much of the perceived value, we recommend approving the stone tone and the logo treatment together rather than separately.
5. Care Instructions for Customers
Rose quartz is stone and behaves like stone. It should be washed with mild soap and warm water, dried fully, and stored away from hard edges that could chip it.
It should not be boiled, chemically sterilised, or left in prolonged direct sunlight, which can gradually fade the colour.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is rose quartz dyed?
We do not dye or artificially treat the stone. Tone varies naturally between lots, and we grade within an agreed band.
How do you keep colour consistent across a range?
By drawing all pieces from the same grading band and matching production to the approved sample.
What shapes suit rose quartz?
Boards, rollers, paddles and mushroom profiles work well. Very thin sections and fine points are more fragile, and we will flag them.
Can rose quartz be engraved with our logo?
Yes. Engraving and printing are both used, and we recommend approving the stone tone and the logo treatment together.
Does the colour fade?
Not in normal use. Prolonged direct sunlight can gradually fade it, so that is worth including in the care instruction.
How should rose quartz be cleaned?
Mild soap and warm water, dried fully. Do not boil or chemically sterilise.
Can rose quartz and stainless steel be ordered together?
Yes, and mixed-material sets are common. Both can be consolidated into one shipment.
Do you send photographs of the actual batch?
Yes. Because tone varies between lots, we send batch photography rather than stock images.
